Speaking of diet and exercise, or not have any of you heard of the UltraShape machine/technology? I live in Toronto and I have heard that quite a few celebs have been coming to town to have the "surgery" performed as it is not yet available in the USA.

There was a great article in the Star about the expected results, as such I am looking for anyone who may have had the treatment to give me some insight.
