Hey, everyone

As the title of the thread says, I'm only 20 years old but i have huge lines developing underneath my eyes. I dont know if id really consider them wrinkles... its more like sagging skin. I took a picture of it.

my skins generally not as oily as it looks in the picture... mostly just the fact that its hot here so im sweating a lot lol.

but does anyone know what causes something like this? or if there is anything to heal it, or at least stop it from getting worse?
