I run four times a week- five miles each time.
Two times I do intervals based on my anaerobic threshold:
Five minutes warm up @3.5 mph
Eight minutes Low intensity @5 mph
Five minutes at med intensity @6 mph
Two and half minutes at high intensity @ 8mph
And repeat the last four in a cycle three times.
Then two other days a week I just run five miles straight out- so much controversy about what the best runs are- I figure Ill be equal opp on it.
