Don't worry! Just put some Vitamin E oil. But you do need to know what cause the pimples? It has to do with what you eat and what you put on your face.

Re: Hi....My 1st Post & My Problem.

If you must pick your zit, use que tips. That way, you won't introduce bacteria to your face. But beware, once the pimple pops, the bacteria will spread to surround regions of your face. It's best to leave it alone.

Re: Hi....My 1st Post & My Problem.

It sounds like it may be scarring. You should go see a dermatologist. Maybe he can recommend creams that can help fade them. Good Luck.

facial peelings

Sometimes scars can be taken away by facial peeling with glicolic acid. What it does is it causes you to loose the outermost layer of your skin and your body is forced to speed up the proces of making new skin. It is kinda gross and you need to stay out of the sun for a few days, but most scars and skin impurities are reduced quite quickly... As stated before might be best to see a dermatologist, or a facial place, or go to a special spa or something that can give you the treatment.

re:facial peelings

Good call with the glycolic acid ana... it does work very well for peeling, and the results are wonderful, however i must say I disagree with your statment about going to the spa, salon, or "facial place" to get the treatment... I used to get it done at my salon and the would charge me an arm and a leg for it because "they use acglicolic glicolic acid from sesderma, the original company to make it" well 2 years later i found that you can buy it directly online from the manufactur for alot less... and it comes with instructions and as long as you have a friend that can read ok you fine!

Havent bought it in quite some time, but when ever i have the girls over for a facial party someone usually brigs a pack of it.

Just thought id give my 2 cents on how to save some money.

The Elusive Acne Cure
Acne strikes millions of individuals every year, causing varying levels of embarrassment for many people who only want to have clear skin. In turn, the cosmetics industry floods the market with products that work to remove pimples and the effects of acne only after they have appeared. They promise an acne cure and the problem is that there is no direct acne cure.
The only true way to find any form of acne cure is to start before the pimples begin to appear, well before acne has become an issue. The best cure for acne is in the prevention of it to start with. Starting from the inside and working your way out, it is much easier and more effective to deal with the effects of acne.

Common Acne Cure Methods and Preventatives
Acne is caused by an excess secretion of hormones. This can come as a result of clogged pores or simply in response to biology and the age of the individual. Whatever the reason, the best acne cure is to start within and attempt to stop the excess production of those hormones. Any of these following methods work to slow or even stop the outbreak of acne and new blemishes.

Facial Cleanliness
Washing your face is the first and most important step in providing your own acne cure. By washing your face two or three times a day, using a clean glycerine based soap and alternating from warm water to cold water, you can do a lot in preventing new outbreaks of acne. Only use soap twice a day at the most as too much soap will only dry your skin further and make your situation worse.

Healthy Diet
Your body reacts to the food you eat. You feel it every day, whether in how much energy you have after breakfast or how tired you are after dinner. Your body also reacts in ways you cannot feel, such as over producing hormones that cause acne. The best acne cure is to simply eat healthier. Sugar, alcohol, and fried food all serve to produce the hormones in your body that cause acne. You do not need to completely avoid such food to keep from getting acne, merely exercise caution in how much you consume.

Stress
Another natural and effective acne cure is to minimize the amount of stress on your body. Your body reacts to stress in many ways. One of those ways is to produce the hormones that cause acne. By relaxing, you can hopefully reduce the hormones produced and stop the production of new acne outbreaks.

Other Common Acne Cure Methods
There are numerous other methods that have been shown to work in preventing acne from starting at all. These common sense acne cure styles usually work to keep your body in a healthy, working condition first and foremost. Detoxing your body with a juice diet or simply drinking enough water every day are two methods often cited that help to reduce the risk of new acne.

Acne Scar Treatment
Because many people do not recognize and seek out the treatments for acne that are available to them, they let their outbreaks develop too far. In these cases, an unfortunate side effect is often the development of scars that can last for years to come. Luckily, there are options available for individuals seeking acne scar treatment.

Acne Treatment and the Formation of Scars
Well before acne scar treatment is necessary, the acne itself can often be dealt with directly. Many times acne will disappear on its own. These mild cases are disturbing but common. However, there are other cases in which acne can develop into cysts and nodules that will form scars if they are left alone. If these cysts develop too much, acne scar treatment might not prove to be enough in removing the resulting scars.
As soon as it appears such cysts and severe acnes are developing, you should seek out a dermatology professional and discuss your treatment options. There are numerous procedures and medical treatments available for overcoming acne before it begins to scar.

Acne Scar Treatment Methods
There are currently six different forms of acne scar treatment, each designed to deal with specific forms of acne that might occur. Because acne has a different effect on the skin of each person afflicted by it, there need to be different treatment methods available for those different skin types. In some cases, a dermatologist might choose to use a combination of more than one treatment method to deal with acne scars.
The six different forms of acne scar treatment include:
• Dermabrasion
• Laser Resurfacing
• Chemical Peels
• Punch Techniques
• Subcision
• Augmentation

Each method varies from the others in both cost and intensiveness, requiring a different commitment from both you and the doctor performing the procedure. Depending on the severity of the scars and the method best suited to your skin, the most expensive option may not be the most effective.

How Acne Scar Treatment Methods Work
Augmentation, one of the more commonly used and least expensive methods listed above, involves the injection of a secondary substance beneath the crater-like scars formed by acne to level the skin. Collagen is a common substance to accomplish this. However, collagen requires repeated visits to the dermatologist to continue treatment when it wears off. Fat from other areas of the body is also used in some cases to the same effect.
On the other side of the price spectrum, Dermabrasion and Laser resurfacing offer much more expensive options that can be very effective in certain cases for acne scar treatment. However, they are not always effective and can often result in minimal or no results.
Deciding which method is best for your situation begins by discussing the various options available to you with your dermatologist. Some options offer long term results while others are more short term but cost significantly less. Acne scar treatment is available for you in any of a number of forms. It is only for you to decide which will be best for your situation.

Those scars usually fade in a couple of months- just use a good cover up.

Talking Re: Hi....My 1st Post & My Problem.

If your skin is scarring it is a result of you popping pimples. A pimple, on its own, won't leave a scar. YOU create scarred tissue when you irritate your skin via popping or bursting pimples - whatever you want to call it.

A great way around this is a) applying a beaten egg yolk to your face. Egg yolk is almost 100% Vitamin A - which is the #1 ingredient in the acne solution Accutane. This topical procedure sounds silly but it really does work.

If you can afford them, Glycolic and Lactic Acid peels work awesome. They will bring your pimples to a head and get rid of old scars.

Re: Hi....My 1st Post & My Problem.

Something that worked very well for me: Essential Lavender Oil.
Make sure it is a genuine and natural essential oil and just put half a drop on the pimple.
Lavender is a natural anti bacterial and will cleanse and desinfect at the same time. Within 24hours, the pimple should e gone without scar. As someone suggested earlier, vitamin E on existing scars will help your skin.
Is there a chance you can see a dermatologist anyway?
