Back Acne

Hi,

I am a Male 28 yrs old. I am troubled with Back Acne. Tried a few things. First I consulted a dermatologist he said it could be some allergy to food like wheat, meat etc. I abstained from wheat for an year and meat for 4 yrs no respite. Then tried ayurveda, homeopathy everything. No solution. I am taking shower three times a day. Tried to avoid contact with my back and some other surface,
for this I am sleeping face down, don't sit back while driving etc. I am wearing only cotton clothes.

Does anyone know a way to get rid of back acne.

I dont have much pimples only thing is back acne.

Please Help.

Re: Back Acne

Showering three times per day might be too much. Also, what kind of soap are you using? It may be aggravating the acne.
Try installing a shower filter to take the chemicals out of your water.

Nice commitment with the years of no luck. Do you exfoliate your back?

Re: Back Acne

Try an acne script for your back- I used to have that and now it is gone.

Re: Back Acne

To clear bacne i read somewhere that when you're in the shower you have to be sure to clena your back thoroughly with soap and then rinse it off really well. Be careful of letting your shampoo and conditioner get onto your back because you'll have to rinse that off really well too. It's okay to let your hair dry naturally after a shower but it's bad to keep the back of your shirt all soaked with water, or sweat when you play outside. Also, wear loose-fitting, thin shirts to bed so your skin can breath. You can try putting clearasil or some other acne remover on your back but it's kinda hard so maybe get someone to help if they dont mind.

Re: Back Acne

if you wash too much it can wash off the natural oils on your skin. that can lead to your skin making excess oil and then acne. so three showers a day is probably too much

Re: Back Acne

I suggest proactiv. they send it to almost every country in the world and it really works! I've been using it for almost 2 weeks and it has dried up my pimples and people have been noticing my skin is improving. Get proactiv!!!

Re: Back Acne

Treat the skin on your back, just like the skin on the rest of your body. Three showers a day is probably bad, especially if you are taking hot showers and cleansing with a harsh soap. You should cut it back to no more than two lukewarm to cool showers a day. Pick a mild soap and gently wash with a loofah or other semi-rough material. Rinse well, gently dry your skin, and apply a light lotion, which will counter the drying affects of your soap. Also, some facial masks can be good for the back, especially if they contain sulfur. Good luck!
