This is the ONLY product that has worked for me. I used to have bad acne on my forehead and applying the retin a micro has helped to reduce alot of it. My face isnt 100% clear, but its much better. If I forget to use it for a week, the breakouts come back. Also I notice that if I apply a little on a pimple that is just forming, the next day it will almost be gone.

Yeah, I heard good things about this product. But isn't it irritating.

It peels your skin very slightly when you first start using it. But my skin never actually got irritated or red. I was told that the word "Micro" is used because the product has tiny microspheres which old the ingredients in and release them slowly over time to cause less irritation.
