ok so i am using metronidazole topical cream to cure my whiteheads that are in my arms/back/chest has anyone used metronidazole topical cream and has had good results?also if you know something else that works for extreme cases of whiteheads what would be a good product to use? i currently am eating healthyer fruits,veggies,etc. before this (a week ago) i use to eat alot of junk food and fastfood and i mean ALOT if diet has something to do with it how long should it be before i see results?

i also would like to add i eat alot of sunflower seeds = alot of salt, could think cause any kind of acne?
