There is not one particular cream that is perfect. You would have to find something that works for you. Since the purpose of the eye cream is to moisturize you should look for a cream with nice consistency.

You should avoid though these irritants;

Ethanol
Fragrances
Glycerin
Lanolin
Menthol
Methyl nicotinate
Mint
Peppermint
Propylene glycol
and Sorbitol

While I was pregnant with my 5th child about 4 months in or so i developed some very baggy eyes. what your looking for is a product that clinicaly has been proven to restore the peptides that link the collagen cells in the dermal layer of the skin. As we age, they get mixed up and instead of holding hands with the correct collagen cell next to it, they get mixed up and cross-link to other cells no where near them and hold hands with other collagen cells. I use anti wrinkle eye gel by Modele. It really works. I just bought Modele's Anti Bag Under Eye Stick. It feels great but I won't be able to say how well it works until I've used it a little longer. Will get back at ya!
