I think it is mostly from sleeping on your side Gymmie. I have them just as you when I first get up but then as the day goes on they are gone. I am using Retin A there now to try and keep the skin tight

Really Goat, I haven't thought of applying RA on my chest-I will have to do that!!! I can even use the .1% for that area. Thanks great suggestion.
Wish I could blame the boobs on the chest wrinkles........but they don't exist in that department-
I will try the RA. I am a total side sleeper. Although last night, I was a total ZERO sleeper. Actually thought about you goat- is your sleeping getting better/worse?? Anything seem to help you?

I cannot use Retin-A on my chest. It just gets red, itchy bumps and drives me insane! Any other suggestions?

I'm sleeping MUCH better now. That stuff the sheep suggested really is good stuff. Fancypantz can you buffer the RA I actually mix it with another lotion. If I get it too strong I get the itchy bumps to.

Hello there, I haven't been on here in a while, but I came across your thread and noticed you suffer from the same problem I do. I am 32 and I started noticing this problem about 2 or 3 years ago. What I have done is try to sleep on my back as much as I can, like most have suggested. That does seem to help. Also, I started using a moisturizer with Q10 in it. It seems to lessen the wrinkles a bit. I will try the retina and maybe some vitamin e cream and see what that does. I was wondering, were you in the sun much when you were younger? I was, I am really fair and I used to tan all the time. Not only do I have the chest wrinkles, but I've noticed my skin on my thighs isn't as firm and when you look close, it has a crepe paper look to it. I protected my face pretty well with sunscreen. I guess I didn't think the rest of my body was in danger when I was younger. I've tried all different types of drug-store lotions. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone know of any products to use, other than surgery?

Hi all, I had the same problem, chest/decollete wrinkles
I dry brush every night and then massage the whole area with Bio Oil -
(miracle oil) now 2 weeks later and I can see a difference.
However, I was told that the V beam laser is good for this area ?

Thanks everyone for the lotion/serum suggestions.
I use the following to help lessen neck/back/shoulder pain while sleeping, but I'm thinking it could possibly help with chest wrinkles as well???
I have a shaped neck pillow and prefer egg-crate type that doesn't put a lot of pressure on my ear or face. I try to use a tighter pillow liner and case, believing it lessens the tendency to squish my face into the pillow.
I also hug a smaller pillow that helps the tendency for the shoulders to be "folded" inwards, and I have a foam one between my legs.
I've been doing it for so long it's natural to take it all and readjust when turnig over, but helping to keep the body in good position could help somewhat with the other stuff as well.

Chest Wrinkles?!!! SCARY
I HATE aging....
hmmm, that bra looks like it would do nothing for us, I also have large implants and feel like they still would press together when on my side.....Do you like the bra? does it really help? Maybe using something really moisturizing before we go to bed, so that it can be nice and moist and not leave a mark.

Hi Vicky Van,
I don't know what type of products you use on your face but I would suggest you extend them to that area especially if you are using some type of anti-wrinkle or skin firming moisturizer. I think it may help because the skin on your chest is also thin and delicate and also make sure you rub gently as not to stretch the skin. |

One thing you can do to prevent (and help a little) is to use sunscreen any time your neck/chest is exposed to the sun. It'll help your decollatage

Does anyone have any tips on learning to sleep on your back? I've always been a side sleeper and would love to sleep on my back but how on earth do I change, and how do you stop yourself from changing to your side when you're asleep?

karen i sleep on my back only if i fold up my legs and have knees bent. also if i put a pillow down the middle under the sheets it creates a roll free bump that stops me going onto my side!! if its really bad have two so its like a rift valley.
no rolling gonna happen there love!! also keeps the randy other half out if need be too!

| LOL, Angel Hair, I like that last idea! Seriously, though, fantastic tip! Did you sleep on your side previously? If so, how long did it take to get used to sleeping on your back?
