Anti-Aging FAQ?

I'm new here so the first thing I looked for is a FAQ or introduction to products for anti-aging. I know next to nothing about skin care, except I'd want to start from the inside out.

If anyone has also seen the movie American Psycho where Patrick Bateman uses several skin care products, can anyone comment on the skin care products he uses? Starts at 0:48 to the end when talking about the skin.

He uses an ice pack, a deep pour cleanser lotion, a water activated gel cleanser, honey almond body scrub, an expoliating gel scrub, an herb mint facial mask, aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, moisturizer, anti-aging eye balm and finally a moisturizing protective lotion.

EDIT: It's on youtube, but it says I can't post links.

Re: Anti-Aging FAQ?

OMG I remmeber seeing that movie and thinking the same thing... WHAT IS HE USING... CAN WE GET A CLOSEUP???

but to be serious, that movie was made so long ago. I doubt some of those products still exisit or maybe there are even better things out there now. Also its best to develop a skin care routine that fits you and not follow someone elses exactly. Everyones skin is different!
