Hi I'm New, Does anyone know of babor products, if so why are they so expensive, are they good and do they work long term. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks Rpb |

I've never tried their products. But remember that a high price does not necessarily mean that their products are better than cheaper brands. Companies just set their prices based on who's buying their products & how much they spend on advertising. If company A has spent 10x as much on advertising as company B, then company A's products are naturally going to be more expensive.

The best products are are from companies that pour their money into research & development rather than advertising. Companies like Obagi Medical or Dermalogica. I hear Murad does a lot of R & D also.
