There is an exercise that tells you to visualize crushing a piece of food with your back teeth. You want to crush it with your cheeks too. Hold that squeeze for the count of 10. Repeat this twice at first and work up to 5 reps. Do this every day. It will give you definition to your cheeks. You still could do the cheek exercises tho - to lift them so they take up the slack and prevent the jowls from happening. HTH!

Yeah Pumi! Can you take pictures before you start to chart your progress? You don't have to post them if you don't want to, but it will give you some encouragement along the way!

You can also download it for $10USD and have it immediately and download the vid too. I did that because I am not patient with waiting for stuff.
Her new vid is improved and is great for working out with while in front of the computer. Hey! You're already there all day...why not do your exercises while you're at it!!!

| Before/after pictures are a great incentive! For yourself and everyone. If you are squeamish about posting your pics on the interwebs, you could just crop the pic to show the area that has responding the best! Uh, maybe not your bum, though.....
Pilates and swimming are an excellent way of achieving a long lean toned body! Good on ya! |

Hi Fawnie and ILuvNY,
I agree that taking progress photos is a very good incentive. That's what I'm doing. I took a before pic the day I started (Feb 20) and and plan to take monthly photos, similar lighting and angles of my face to track my progress. When I have something worth looking at, I'll post it here.
Fawnie, you recommend doing the Ageless program for 15 minutes every day. I've been doing all 10 exercises plus massage two days on and one day off (about 30 minutes per session). LouLou recommends taking a break so your face doesn't look "tired." Do you do them every day? If so, have you ever experienced the "tired face" look? Do you think I would get faster results doing my routine every day?
I so glad I found this forum and thanks ladies, I look forward to hearing from you.
Patti

Hi Patti!
Hey! I'm glad you are getting started!! Once you see your progress you will never want to quit!
LouLou actually recs doing the first half one day and then the next half the next day, alternating. BUt she says you can also do all ten on one day then take the next day off. Doing them more frequently will not make it happen any sooner....it will just fatigue your face. It is a very intense workout!! You can massage every day though - it's a good habit to get into: allotting your Facial Time each day so you don't forget!
Best of luck!!! |

The FlexEffect and Ageless if you dare are completely different than the relaxing facial massage you get at a spa or beauty salon or as on YouTube!!
FlexEffect goes into some detail in the book about how to do it, but I can't give their info free of charge on the interwebs or I'd get into serious trouble!
No way will I put my pictures on the web! Maybe a few cropped shots tho.
You never know what someone is going to do with your picture once it's out there!
