| Fawnie, I'm thinking of doing the download of the book. I originally thought I wouldn't because I have visions of a smudgy black and white thing - but I expect I'm behind the times, and what gets downloaded is in color and, well, the same as the actual book!
I'm just a bit worried, as my computer keeps crashing at the moment, and don't know what would happen if it did that whilst the book was downloading!

| Mags, here's the website for FlexEffect, which has the book, DVD, and CD. (If you just want the video, she is selling it for $29USD.) She does ship to UK, and incidentally, there are several UK trainers in case you want face to face classes! Facial Exercise: If it's not FlexEffect It's not Facialbuilding.
Take a look around the website and check out the before/after pictures, especially LouLou's. She branched out on her own and put together her own program, "Ageless If You Dare". Right now, she has a downloadable program which includes a video: Louise Annette - Hello, Welcome
Hope this helps you Mags!!! You will never regret it, I assure you!

So what is the difference between the two regimes? Is Louise's just a shortened version, or is it clearly different? Sorry, but I'm just not clear - and can't afford to lay out for both of them. |

Mags, hope this can illuminate it a little better:
Ageless is like bootcamp - very intense but effective. Does not have a CD but has book or downloadable pdf and downloadable video
Requires 5 min/day
FlexEffect is more comprehensive and takes longer. Works more muscles of the face and neck. Has book, DVD, CD.
Requires 45 min/day
I would go to both of the websites and take a look around to get a feel for each of the programs and see which might suit you better. Personally, if you have the time to devote 45 min/day every day, FlexEffect will give you better results. But if you only have 5 min/day or every other day, then Ageless might work better for you.
Hope this helps!

Why do all the comments accompany download sites that we have to pay for ......
Why cant you guys simply tell us in detail the exercises to do . This is a forum of like kind I thought, ...not a "viral" advertising site.

Netty I dont think personally that is fair to say, I can understand why fawnie is worried about writing out the excersises on the forum page, as far as copy write is concerened!!
As far as im aware this forum has been great for me people have been really friendly and helpful with all the anti aging advice and this site has given been far more insite into what i should be buying, and doing etc than me just going ahead and buying what is advertised on tv and not knowing about what ingrendiets i should be watching out for etc, so i thank everyone for that, i have saved myself a fortune in getting no where still with products and waisting my time and worrying about anti aging methods!
This is just opinion thoug!
You dont have to buy the excersises fawnie suggested either there are loads of excerises and massage dvd out there and if you do a google search sure there will be lots more help you can get too! Good luck with it |

| This is a place to share our experiences with products that other folks may be interested in. Not to disclose copyrighted material. It is not a "virus" issue at all but one of ethics and social responsibility.
There are several free programs on the web. Before I dished out the cash to buy one I checked out the free ones, saw that the exercises were helping me, and then bought one. I started with Youtube and did a search for "facial yoga."
Fawnie has given several great suggestions - both links to other sites and a couple here on the SCT site (the "kiss the sky" for the neck, and the eye exercise). This has been very generous - folks keep asking the same question over and over again without doing a search on the SCT site, and she keeps repeating the details with enthusiasm and patience.
So I agree with NY - your criticism is unfair and inappropriate.

| | Re: Facial Exercise for firming and adding volume NY - HOOOOOORAAAAAAY! I use the vitamin C serum every morning and Retin-A every night. I don't know anything about the green cream - I never even heard of it until this forum But if the green cream is a retinol product, it would make sense to me to use that at night and just use the vitamin C serum in the morning - every morning.
But you might want to see what Fawnie says on this, since she has used the green cream and has given you guidance on its usage.
As far as the vitamin C goes - I use the serum every day on my face and neck. In addition, I made up a simple solution of just vitamin C and distilled water which I apply all over, wherever I can reach with the spray bottle.
I am amazed after just one week's time what a difference this has made for me. The winter's are harsh up here, and I tend to use alot of lotions and such. Using the vitamin C spray (which is an exfoliant, right?) helps to slough off the dead skin so that all of these lotions can penetrate my body better. My hands and legs have never been so soft as a result.
Making the solution in a spray bottle should be your next project - it's easy and cheap - which we like, right?

Yeah il do one thing at a time! Mirecka thankyou im gonna go down the chemist and buy me water now for it and get on and make it, il do a post about the green cream tonight and get fawnies suggestion!
I know Mari has advised me to use the Cellex C serum and peptides and vitamin cream as well, so hopefully if im not being too complicated il start by using the green cream twice in the week and use the cellex c and moisturzing cream on these alternate nights, i hope im not making things too compicated for meself?!
Its brigtened up here in the Uk but however I am getting worried about going to toronto in October now, my boyfriend and i have a years visa and have to use it up by febuary next year but think its a great opportunity for us both so hopefully it wont be too too cold, oh well!
May be eventually il be able to make up all my own solutions but i have never been very good at science though! UM you never know though, il let you know how it goes
thanks for the help!

| After you do your first batch, I guarantee you the next ones will be a "piece of cake." Think of it this way - it is really just like cooking or baking. Have fun!

| Simply because it is copyrighted material. It is against the law to distribute it without express consent of the author. It would be like bootlegging CDs. And I don't want to cheat the authors either by giving away for free what they worked hard to develop. So, no, I won't give out their material online. You can go to the Ageless website and she has some freebie exercises to try, but they don't make a whole lotta sense without the explanation of what they are.

Does anyone have a comment on Cynthia Rowland's Facial Magic facial exercise program? Or Carol Maggio's flexeffect? I have been to all the websites and felt some of the before and afters were questionable. What finally convinced me about Cynthia Rowland's stuff was how natural her face looked (youtube videos) compared with Carol Maggio's. Has anyone used the Cynthia Rowland exercises?

To clarify: Carol Maggio is Facercise, Deb Crowley is FlexEffect. They are two very different things!
All I can speak to is FlexEffect (Deb) and Ageless If You Dare (Annette). These are the two programs I use with great results.
