Oh! tinaros, you know what? that site "Ageless" seems to be a copycat knockoff of "Ageless If We Dare" THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!! BEWARE!!! Shame on them for stealing the name. We've been referring to "Ageless If We Dare" as "Ageless" and it probably has been misleading.

For cheek build, AGELESS IF WE DARE is da bomb, vyent. FLEX EFFECT has a Cheek Bootcamp on the Online Forum that is very intense too. Whichever way you go, the exercises will help. Yes, it's a good idea to vary your routines...a good point!!

Re: Facial Exercise for firming and adding volume

Hi there, who can help also? Since a few days I do the exercise with my mouth, making a big wide stretched A, alternated by a big strong O. I can feel my face getting firmer, but my question is: will this exercise reduce the fat in my face and flatten my cheeks? I like to have my cheeks firmer, but I don't want to lose facial fat and I don't want a narrower face. There is another exercise from which I know that it flattens the cheeks. (for people with puffy cheeks). They need to make a strong O and try to smile at the same time. Does it have the same effect as the one above? Or can you advise me another cheekdeveloper exercise? I want to keep my facial fat and right now I do the Facercise cheekdeveloper since 12 months.

Re: Facial Exercise for firming and adding volume

"Ageless If We Dare" has the best cheek exercises IMO.

Even on good days though, the skin on either side of my mouth (mostly the left side) is saggy not as tight as I'd hoped it would be after 10 months of facial exercise, massage and good skin care.

Miriam, how long have you been doing facial exercises and what program do you use? Fawnie, do you think adding another program into my routine to vary it would speed up skin tightening?
Yes, I will tell you. I've been doing Facercise from Carole Maggio since 13 months. I do the exercises twice a day. I don't know when it started but I'm quite sure that it was like this since the start. I notice that my skin is sometimes less firm, feels less tight and one hour later it is very tight again, without a special treatment of my side. Like this it goes on the whole day. Sometimes very tight, and sometimes very soft and less elastic. It doesn't matter what temperature it is in the house or it doesn't matter if I just come home from outside the street. It occurs during the whole day. One month ago I started with massages, twice a day, 15 minutes each time. And since 3 weeks I started to add some other exercises also, from other programs. But everything is still the same. Please note: my skin is not saggy of hanging down. It is just the feeling of the skin that is less firm and then again it is very elastic. It concerns me a lot. It is a bit like you describe. I only don't know how it comes and how I can handle it.

Hold that position a moment and release back to start. Repeat 20 X.

I have an eye exercise if anyone is interested.

Applying a few drops of a good facial oil, like rosehipseed, jojoba or grapeseed, to a damp face and then massaging in for a minute or two will give you an idea what facial massage can do for you. It gives you a glow like no cosmetics can! HTH
This sounds like a Jack LaLane exercise I saw on T.V. back in the fifties. You throw your head back as far as you can and with your mouth say "ahhh uuuuu" and hold the "uuuuu" for a count of six. Repeat at least 10 times. Then, with head back again, push lower teeth in front of top teeth and hold for a count of six. I have been doing these excerises for about 30 years. I am 63 years old and have NO neck wrinkles and a very firm jaw. Just do it throughout the day while sitting in the bathroom, watching tv or just whenever you think about it. IT REALLY WORKS!!!!!!!:

Thanks Fawnie, that will be a great help. I'll look for it on the net. You are right it's cheaper than all those products out there that cost you an arm n leg and still don't work

You're so right! It's gratifying to see something actually working that you can do for yourself.

Here is another great program that's free and works:

YouTube - Tanaka Face Massage Part 1 (English)

Be sure to read all 4 parts!!

The website has some impressive pics and there is a board where ppl who do the exercises post their pics too for everyone to see.

The most impressive things I've noticed is that my undereye hollows are filled in and my cheeks are plump and firm again. You really have to do the massage techniques along with the exercises to get the full effect though. And I haven't had the "deepening of existing wrinkles" that are warned about!
Fawnie, what's difference between second and third edition (besides the price

Re: Facial Exercise for firming and adding volume

FlexEffect has updated some of the exercises and added Tanaka massage I believe. She's constantly improving the routine, so if you haven't bought the earlier version already, get the updated one.

If you already have the earlier edition, just stick with it and check her forum for any updates there.

Hope you enjoy it!

Re: Facial Exercise for firming and adding volume

Yes, the day isn't long enough sometimes for all the Beautification Rituals!

Plus, I understand that the latest edition of FlexEffect has most of the book's exercises on the DVD. Easier to understand maybe.

I don't sell this program or am in any way affiliated with it!

No, I like to mix and match too much to be true to any one thing! Besides then I'd have to show my funny face on the interwebs.
