Re: Anyone ever tried/heard off this product? xtendlife

Sandy- for age spots/brown spots you can definately go higher than 8%. You could easily start with 12% to spot treat those areas of concern. It might take a couple times, but eventually you will have success!! A few spots on me took 3 tries-

Patience is the key!!

Yes, chemical peels. There are different peels you can use depending on what you what to achieve. They can definately help with pore issues. I live in a very warm climate as well and usually have to wait until it cools off to do my peels. It isn't something I would recommend doing when the weather is still warm. You really need to stay in doors as much as possible when the peel starts, if you go the TCA route with a peel. (out of the sun)

There are a lot of threads on peels just type tca peels or peels in the search menu.

Here is a link to a place that a few of us order from.
Chemical Peels, Chemical Peel, Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Jessner, Lactic Acid Peels, Chemical Free Enzyme Peels, Pumpkin Peels

Before you do a peel, just be sure to do your research.

Re: Anyone ever tried/heard off this product? xtendlife

This is a funny story, a few years ago I did a peel (don't remember which one) at a beauty salon, and my esthetician told me not to go outside for 3 days, So I had the peel done on thursday evening, had everything set up, groceries, errands so I would not have to go out.....well friday morning (Chaussons) my cat stated to sneeze, cough with watery eyes, you guessed it, I took him to the vet, I had huge sunglasses, a big hat and a scarf covering my entire face...........it's a good thing in LA, nobody seemed to care. What we would not do for our babies(pets) you gotta to love them

Hi Goatlady, I went to the xtendlife site and couldn't find any "TCA peels".
Just exactly what and whom's product are you referring to?
I'm interested in treating age spots.
Thank you< Ginny

Thank God for this thread! I searched for the actual ingredient list, and I finally found it! This has killed my Xtendlife moisturizer lemming for good, nothing in it looks that impressive (sorry), in fact I think Embryolisse Lait Creme might be even better.

Hi

Xtend life products are great because of the ingredients they contain. I started using them months ago and they really help your skin.

I did a lot of research on the ingredients and how they say the worked made sense. I have started using them and am seeing gradual improvement. Dont expect overnight results, it takes time with consistent use. Their customer service is great too.

my skin is asian skin, sometimes sensitif but normal to dry. I am very carefull to change my skin care. I noticed all the ingredient are good for skin, so I try this one now. looks good, skin more firm . I am using: day cream, eye cream, and the women premium supplement. I am hoping that they have their office or store here in san francisco so I don't have to order and pay for the shipping & handling fee (more convenient).

Cool Re: Anyone ever tried/heard off this product? xtendlife

Yes, I ordered xtendlife, it has some good ingredients and bad, some to make skin soft and some to dry it. I dont think they put all the stuff in there that they say. Remember if the first ingredient is water(aqua) than that is what there is the most of. Try to find a product that water is not the first ingredient.
