Good morning Ladies, I've tried several big names items for wrinkles with no succcess but I am most determined to minimize the wrinkles I have. I cannot say that money isn't a problem ( everybody has a limit right?) but I am seriously considering trying that strivectin- I read an article in a magazine that says it does work- has anyone tried it? or heard of any good results?

Save your money, Mony! It's a big hoax IMO. There are lots better things out there: Retin-A, Green Cream, vit C serum (DIY), IS CLinical Youth Complex, Viterol-A...just to name a few.

Second that. It smells, it is greasy and it really does not do much. Using something with hyaluronic acid will help to plump the skin. I saw immeadiate results using the product that fawnie suggested, iSClinical Youth Complex. I used Youth in the morning and Active Serum at night and found really great results. It is a little pricy, but it gave me the quick lift that I needed. I also like the SkinCeuticals line, but you have to be patient with it because the results can take up to 2 months and you have to be consistent. Based only on price, I tend to stick with SkinCeuticals. B Best of luck!

I once used Strixaderm, not the Strivectin but something similar, on a couple of stretch marks on my upper thigh and it did work to smooth them out . It wasn't greasy either. I don't know if it will lighten brown burn marks, but it costs less than the Strivectin did.

It's so nice to hear what other people have gone through and what they have tried. What works what doesn't. It's not like I want to look like a goddess or try to empress a man- but I do want to impress myself. I know I can do much better for me but it's great that others give advice, kinda stearing down the right corridor, if you will!

)Hi, I just signed up. I'm 59 and I'm always looking for a miracle firming serum or cream... Not to brag, but no one ever guesses my age, they think I'm at least 10 years younger. I Have always tried to take care of my skin, especially since my mid thirty's. I just wonder if iS Active Serum really firms, and if it keeps rebuilding firmness with daily use, or if it is just a temporary fast fix? Also, not trying to impress anyone, just want to look as good as I can for my age...
