Dark Circles and Wrinkles around my eyes

Hi. I am a male, and I'm 16. I'm just wondering if there are any products (That isn't make up) that will help me get rid of/reduce the dark circles and wrinkles under my eyes.

I'm Italian, so I assume its just genetic, although no one in my family has dark eyes quite like mine.

Although I do think raccoons are cool, I'd rather not look like one. Any help would be awesome.

Thank you

I have the same problem except I'm female. I've tried a like 3 different products and none of them worked. Please help.

This looks promising. It's an ingredient for $7 that you add to any eye cream to fade dark circles.

Regu-age - Lotioncrafter LLC

So I shouldn't use Regu-age as a stand alone?

Dark Circles are only part of the problem, the wrinkles are just as bad for me.

Thanks again.

Fawnie, Regu-age is great and I've used it with fantastic success in the past! It helped reduce the bags and discoloration under my eyes amazingly, but is definitely best when used with other active ingredients in conjunction.

For a 16 year old, I'm not sure though. JPZ, are you sleeping enough? Stressed out?

I don't know to be honest. It could be the fact that I'm in front of a screen alot. Donno if this is even relevant, but its the only other thing I could think of.

One thing I've just noticed is it gets darker when I go out of the pool. I don't use googles, but yeah.

Thanks for the response btw. Does it matter if I use an anti-aging cream if I'm 16? I'm hoping will it have the same effect.

Lightbulb Re: Dark Circles and Wrinkles around my eyes

Milly,

I am a holistic health counselor and nutritionist, and I have seen time and again, in myself and in clients, the magic of diet. Make sure to be getting lots of pure, filtered water, brightly colored vegetables, fiber, healthy fats, whole grains and good quality protein. Eliminate or restrict sugar, white flour, alcohol, refined and processed foods, soft drinks and coffee.
Think of the foods you eat as creating the skin you want. If your food is dull and lifeless, your skin will be too as it is a mirror for your health.

Hope that helps!
Ana
