| | Does skinceutical product have expiry date?
I have been looking at some vitamin c serum by skinceutical and wondering if anyone knows if these have a fresh date? I am a little scared to buy if they do, have asked and have been told they dont,

I asked the company that very question and was told the same answer. They told me the serums were good unless they turned blood red. Personally I wouldn't be waiting that long!

| I cannot find a fresh date on mine. I buy their CE Ferulic serum and it is always yellow not dark yellow but yellow. It has worked wonders for my skin so yellow seems ok. I have never gotten a batch that is darker. I order over the internet so that does not seem to affect its freshness. By the way keep it in the fridge for freshness.

Does it have a "hot dog" smell, Melly? I could never get used to it! I actually think Kassy's DIY version works better and makes my skin feel better with it on.

Hot dogs? For me it smells like a mix of blood and burnt sugar.

LOL that's a good description ray! But to me C+E ferulic by Skinceuticals smells eggzackly like hot dogs. Kinda garlicky and meaty. Not very nice, but the dogs keep following me!!! Loldogs, Dogs 'n' Puppy Dog Pictures – I Has A Hotdog! |

| | Re: Does skinceutical product have expiry date? Where do you get dogs? Isn't leash mandatory for the little barkers?
Or are those *wild* dogs?
Well, maybe I should try more hotdogs... Maybe my associations might change then.

More like wolves then. Out here in the wilds of the Midwest. They get the scent of Skinceuticals and they go rabid. You want that kind of attention ray?!!

| Not really, but I try to decide whats worse, rabid wolves or photo-aging.

| No, I google for them and they come from random sites. tFS has similar one, but theirs is a bit more sophisticated in a way. Well, it IS tSF after all.

I'll take my chances with the wolves. You distract them with the Skinceuticals ray.
The fact that you hibernate all day could be a clue that you're vampirish!

| Maybe, maybe... I'm listening to Twilight audiobook right now (I can't bring myself to read it). So I think wolves and vamps don't mix.

| Is it good? My cousin tried to give me the entire series of Twilight books, but like you, I couldn't bring myself to read it. Not my thing - too romantic and all. I like war documentary stories.
RLY? I thought they were kindred spirits - I always thought vamps had wolves for pets!

| No war doc, but it's better than movies. Altho, no soft-core porn as some people called it. It's basically a love triangle, Edward (the vamp), Bella (human), Jacob (the wolf) with fantasy elements, I can see why pokemons like it.

| Not according to Twilight. They can't stand each others smell. Maybe bad skincare choices?
Also in Van Helsing and Underworld it's vamps vs weres. And it Tru Blood.
I guess times are changing, when I was younger there was some kind of dark pack between wolves and bloodsuckers.

Yes, apparently vamps smell intoxicatedly irresistibly to humans, but sickly sweet to werewolves. And vamps say that weres stink like dogs. They discuss it often.
Are you sure you aren't giving you and your DH away like that? |

Oh WEREwolves!! But just generic run-of-the mill wolves can be pets can't they?
Were you born in Latvia ray? How did you come to understand English so well if I may be nosy and personal?

| Probably. I just can't think of anybody who keeps them at home. People prefer "prettier" pets maybe.

| Yep, born and raised here.
My English... I don't know, maybe the built-in spell checking in my browser? That one doesn't help when I forget to include whole words tho, but that happens when I write in Latvian too, so thats a brain thing.
But I'm kinda trilingual since grade school, maybe that helps too. |

| Latvian, German and English. Russian came later, but I'm still not really good at it, reading something in Russian is a nightmare, cyrillic hurt my brain. |

Oh German!!! Great!! I speak it very badly and get things terribly mixed up. But I love Germany and don't mind being humiliated while visiting there trying to order in restaurants and get directions. Most are friendly and don't mind helping. Especially the men. A lot of slang phrases I learned from friends before I went. That helps. Have you been to Germany?
