I have had dark circles ever since I was a baby. What can I do besides putting makeup over them?

Re: circles around eyes!!

I would definitely try Aloette Eye Restore Complex or Advanced Eye Recovery(anti-aging with peptide technology)
Both contain Vitamin K which will help to lighten the circles, fantastic emollients which will help to plump up the skin cells. It also helps to reduce puffiness & reducs lines & wrinkles. It has worked wonders for me. One of the reasons I joined the company. Email me if you would like some additional info.

Re: circles around eyes!!

I am a little scpetical about all the eye creams and promises from companies. I have used nearly every product with no change in the circles one bit. What makes your product different?

Re: circles around eyes!!

One of the biggest reasons Aloette's products work is our delivery system. Our products are very high quality stable aloe vera based. It has to do with the type of aloe & way our products are processed. We are a member of the International Aloe Science Council. Our products do not just sit on the cuticle of your skin (the dead & dying cells) They penetrate through every skin cell layer right down to the collagen line. That means the Vitamin K,as well as all of the vitamins in our products, the aloe vera, the botanicals, the anti-oxidants & peptides work on every skin cell that you have, right from their birth. The difference our delivery system makes really impressed me when I first started using the product line. That & the fact that the products contain no mineral oil, no lanolin & no chemical fillers. Enough so that I repurchased when my products got low. It was the first time I had ever been satified enough with results to actually stick with a product. I was in my late 40's (just short of 50) at the time, just to give you an idea of how many different companies I have tried.

Our company is not owned by a mega corporation. Our owner tests all products on herself personally. If she is not satisfied whith the results, she sends it back to the drawing board.

I have been using Aloette for over 6 years & have been with the company for a little over 3 years. I am not a salesperson by nature. I really am a teacher at heart. I joined the company because I was sharing Aloette with everyone I knew. I decided I might as well make some money & get a discount. I have not been disappointed with any of my results yet.

Re: circles around eyes!!

Hi no offense to Judi, but how do we know that you are giving us unbiased suggestions since you work for alloette? I dont mean to be rude, but I am just concerned.

Putting cucumbers around the eyes may help a little. But if you've had it since you were a baby, then it may be something genetic that you can't remove.

Re: circles around eyes!!

Hey Blondie,

No offense taken. I don't work for Aloette, but I do sell Aloette. I joined the company NOT because I am a sales person, but because I knew how wonderful the products were. I had been using them exclusively for over 3 years. I saw the difference they made for me, my sisters, my mother, my friends. I knew I would never be switching. Firstly, because of ho great Aloette's products are. Secondly because if you name a company chances are I've tried their products & never repurchased.

I realize that I sound like I am looking for a sale. That's really not it. Go to Aloette's website & buy directly from them, find another consultant if you like, and purchase from her, or join the company & get your own discount for life. I make no money on any of those choices. But I would rather you purchase the product another way, than not try it, because I know just how terrific our products are. And my main concern is to teach you abut Aloette, not sell you Aloette. I can tell you this about our products. . . . in my over 3 years of selling Aloette, my number of return customers is awesome. Every customer that has ever purchased an Aloette Skin Care System from me, is still using the product. That is not because of any loyalty to me. That is because the products work!

I do have 2 clients who decided they were going to try a clinical line (I don't even know what that means) from another company. One purchased from QVC. The other from a different direct sale company. Both are back, because they started to notice a sort of backing up of the results they had obtained through our products.

I am a licensed "part-time" facialist, and I usually do not endorse any 1 product line. Heck, even Ivory soap which is 99.6% pure, irritates some folks.
I've heard of others that have used the Aloette (sp?) line and they like the products.
The particular "item" from the line she's recommended may prove to be very effective for you, assuming the other products (from unbiased sources) you've tried has not worked.

Also, in order of strength of ingredients/effectiveness from different sources they are:
  1. Prescriptions are the strongest and
  2. Aestheticians/Professional brands rank next
  3. MLM and Major Retailer = marketed brands usually rank 3rd in: ingredients/strength
  4. Drugstore brands are usually the weakest in ingredients/strength

I hope this is helpful.

Thumbs up Here's an idea!

Although I'm an Arbonne Representative, I USE SHISEIDO on my face! Going back and forth between two great companies has given me the opportunity to maintain my flawless complexion. Both fabulous companies!
Good luck!

Re: circles around eyes!!

sometimes dark circles around the eyes indicate a vitamin deficiency. try taking some omega 3 fatty acids. maybe you arent getting enough sleep or vegetables as well! i know you said that youve had them your whole life but you probably didnt have circles around your eyes when you were 5 right?

Or if you were really brave you could talk to a surgeon. Sometimes fat injections can help.
