How soon is too soon?
Im 23, very fair and thin skinned... if I start anti-aging treatments now, will it prevent future damage? If yes, what do you recommend? Thnks!

Can't stress sun protection enough. Sun screen every day, hats, seek shade, etc. You'll see the damage you did you your skin in your 20s, when you reach your 40s. It sucks.
