Any opinions on Jurlique skin moisturizer???

I was looking for a great organic face cream and the spa near me sells Jurlique, which is supposed to be a really good organic skin care product but I looked it up on Skin Deep's cosmetic database website, which rates the toxic level of cosmetic products on a scale of 1 - 10. 1 being completely harmless and 10 being the most toxic. Jurlique scored a 7 !!! That is NOT good. I'm so disappointed because I spend about $90 for Jurlique's Replenishing Day cream and I haven't opened it yet and I don't even know if I should or just take it back.

Any insight into Jurlique skin care products would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!
Lucy

Do not believe anything that you read from Skin Deep data base. Read it with a grain of salt. Anything that they rate "not good" always seems to work out great for me!!!

Jurlique is a great line and if you are looking for an organic line it is a good one to choose. Jurlique or Juice Beauty both are great in my opinion.

Re: Any opinions on Jurlique skin moisturizer???

Thanks so much for the reply. I like cosmetic database but I agree, I think sometimes it can be a little alarmist. A rating of a 7 for Jurlique seems crazy. I opened my tube of Julique day cream and so far I really love it. I super thick and creamy and goes on smooth yet a bit thick/sticky but then within minutes it completely absorbs in the skin and leave my skin dewy soft. It's also been a miracle for my dry winter hands.

By the way I love the quote at the bottom of your signature.

Below is a quote I try to think about every day:

When I stand before God a the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say "I used everything you gave me"
