You aren't supposed to/they recommend you don't listen to i-pods when you run a marathon. I don't always follow the rules..................well, that rule anyways. I HAVE too listen to music or I just can't put one foot in front of the other.

I have my youngest load my music for me, because he has great taste for music. I need stuff with a good fast beat. Anyways, through out my training this year, I started a little game. For every song I listen too, I try to tie it to things/people in my life. So everytime I hear that certain song I think of that person or thing and it kind of keeps my mind off of running. So................................here is the SCT song. Everytime I hear it, it reminds me of all my friends on SCT-

In my humble opinion everyone here is very informative and ready to share their experience..I m very grateful really to all..Gymrat,Rayoflight,Angel Hair (for making me smile all the time and for bringing up issue of Biotin and awakening all this talk about supplements)i take them religiously now and my results are fantastic..My hair grows like nobodys business..Gymrat, thank you for explaining importance of B complex,since two month i m taking it i dont have mood swings and in general is much calmer..And i thought before that the only remedy for me is an antidepressant..So thank you for contributing to my wellbeing..And of course i m thankful to Peri for D3 and K2 and L&Lfor helping me to decide on which C serum is right for me,Thank you to all who finds time and patience to answer and help so many strangers..Specially u dont do it for money or recognition,..You are very spiritualy generous people.I guess it has to do something with inner beauty

i cant agree more id still look like Quasimodo if it wasnt for the Fawnstress. imagine that Quasi avec auburn locks not a good look.
