Need help with serious skin problems.

Hi, I'm new on these forums I don't do alot of research about skincare, I'm more into dietician cause I believe the inside out theory more. I recently found out that I had or may have celiac disease a digestive disorder, and cause I learned it late, I've developed really bad skin. Some of its symptons like eczema, acne which later became acne scars, and lots of discolouration in my face and neck area. Also, something I've put to much on my face for aleast 5 years apparently thinned my skin, now I know that is bad for you but just wasn't sure exactly why so any help there would be nice and if there was something to save it.

I would like some recommendations or tips as to what is best for my skin now, preferrably natural ingredients. As a reference, I'm planning to use the following Aloe Vera Gel, Rosehip oil for the scars and homeuse Microdermabrasion procedure.

Re: Need help with serious skin problems.

The main thing to look for is skin care products that are water based. Most products are oil based which may make your skin feel better and look better but your skin cells need water to hydrate it, nothing else will do period.
The one reason most products are oil based is that bacteria readily grows in water so the product spoils easily and quickly. The skin care line I use utilises a patented water filtration and enhancement system which creates pure water in which bacteria cannot grow. This means no need for preservatives! Woohoo. Also, this line has no fragrance, no alcohol, non comodegenic and has been allergy tested. If you want more info or have any questions, message me

Re: Need help with serious skin problems.

U can try this quick chinese medicine recipe, this is what u use. Either way, sour food are good for digestion system.

Egg (1) - fresh and white shelled. Wash the egg as well as possible so that it's free of bacteria.

Vinegar (200g) - Chinese black vinegar! Very important to buy Chinese rice based black vinegar.

Honey or sugar

Glass container - opening has to be big enough to put in the egg. It's recommended to buy container that seals well. Boil the contain to rid of the bacteria.

Put the egg into the container and pour 200g of black vinegar into the container. Seal the contain well with tapes and store it in the fridge for 48 hours.

After 48 hours, the egg should appear bigger and the egg shell should already melt into the vinegar. There's only a think layer surround the expanded egg. Break the egg and mix the whole egg with rest of the vinegar.

Separate the sauce into 5-7 portion. Each day, mix one portion of the vinegary egg sauce with 3-5 times more water and some honey and sugar. Drink it with or after meal.

Note: Drink no more that instructed, because to much vinegar can cause strong stomach reaction.
