How many times has "tomorrow" been the day to eat better?

I know I've told myself many times that tomorrow will be the day that I start making the correct changes. Is there anyone else that procrastinates with changing to a new lifestyle or am I alone?

Re: How many times has "tomorrow" been the day to eat better?

I find that the only time when I will eat perfectly is when I'm preparing for a bodybuilding competition or for photoshoot. It's alot easier when there is something pending that forces you to get in shape and eat well, like a wedding or something.

In othe words, I have the will power to do it, but only when I'm forced to, if that makes any sense.
