Who has tried this? I started my first few meetings and I have lost some weight but the last week it wasn't as much as it was the few weeks before that so I am worried- is this anyone else's experience?

i did this for years- i stopped going to meetings a few years back but it worked miracles for me- its normal not to drop like ten lbs after the first few weeks- imagine if you did
