Mahi Tuna salad ... creamy dressing ... It does add the extra fat but well worth it.

That's true, it skipped my mind.

I was thinking of chicken breast and lean ground beef (both staples in my diet) when she said that. I haven't had fried chicken in such a long time that I completely forgot about it.
