I'm glad you provided info on stretch marks. I am a guy who has them, and of course, I've never been pregnant.

Im a guy and Ive gotten quite a few stretchmarks on my arms after I started working out. I guess it comes with the territory. I look at them as "battle scars".

well guys stretch marks as its name says that it causes due to the stretching of the skin. and obviously if u have put on weight on some specific rea of ur body it will show u those marks so dont be afraid of them just follow the tips and u will get over this problem

Well, if you (men or women) are genetically prone to stretch marks, there's not much you can do to prevent them. Stretch marks occur when skin grows too fast for its fibers to handle.

Maybe it can tear, leaving purple, indented marks. To reduce the stretchmarks and to help improve your skin's elasticity, then you can rub your belly several times a day in a circular motion with creams or oils that contain cocoa butter, vitamin E or sweet almond oil.

For smooth skin mix sugar and olive oil and spread on skin in a circular motion. It gets rid of dry skin as well.

Outside of expensive treatments, I would say there are no real ways of eliminating stretch marks.

well you can try the herbal ones they are good and also effective only if u r persistant enough to follow them, they will certainly give u good results.

does it depend on how old they are? i was under the impression that they are more successfully treated when newer. i heard that a while ago but i know things change- they're always coming up with new things!

Honestly I don't think there is anything that can remove stretch marks. The most it would do is make it less noticable but not remove it. I don't care what people say about use this cream that cream,drink water, eat this, it does not work. When I was pregnant with my son I rubbed creams did everything possible to avoid getting them even before I had them. But of course the worst happened. I got them really bad and I couldn't believe it. I used creams, ate right, and got the worst of it. So I just think if your prone to having them your going to get them and theres nothing you can do about it.
