What Are The Causes Of Hairloss Aside from Heredity?

Last January I had a fever that lasted almost a week and didn't eat for almost a week if ever I did it was just a little bit of crackers. I notice a lot of hairfalling when I showered. And the hair never grows back up to this point. I used a hair grower shampoo for months and my hair never grows back. What should I do?

By the way I'm only 25 years old.

a fever can cause hairloss because of the stress, medications and weakness of the body. It should only be temporary though.

You can stimulate hair regrowth by increasing blood circulation in you scalp with a daily scalp massage and vitamin B.

Zinc also stimulates hair growth. You need about 50 ml a day.

My doctor told me once that its all in your diet...like eating to much sugary stuff can cause hair loss and stress of course

Stress, thyroid dysfunction (I believe hypothyroidism causes brittle and dry hair), insufficient intake of Vitamin B (B6 in particular), improper nutrition, inadequate hair products... There are many factors really but the best way to figure out what it is is to improve your daily menu and add ingredients that contain Vitamin B and see what happens.
