Hey everyone need your help! So i have small eyes and i always heard different tips on how to make them appear bigger...some are conflicting tips. Like "yes eyeliner will make my eyes look even more smaller" Is that true?? cause i love using eyeliner. What color eyeliner should i be using?? And what color eyeshadow?? Anything will help |

Try white eye shadow and white eye liner in the inside of you eye for brighter whiter looking eyes - although don?t overdo it as you may end up looking like a ghost!
