gym recommendations?

Hi gals. I am looking to join a gym in my area. We have pretty much all the big name companies. Anyone have some suggestions on which one to join?

X-Sport! I like it because all the cardio machines have individual tvs connected to them so you can control what you watch. It makes the run just a little easier on thos pms days.

dude I've been wanting to get one of those Wii fit things. It is just like stretches and yoga or is it like a real workout?

I go to the Military gyms, Its free for us service members and families, and The gym equipments are just as great as the 24 hour fitness !!!

ANyone have a personal trainer? Are they expensive and worth it?

I am a certified personal trainer, I charge more than a regular trainer because I offer highly customized services. I charge between 60 and 135 a session (which is between 20 to 60 minutes), but I can tell you that my clients are very happy with the results.

It's ok I guess. Of course, you can't always be cut like that year round. I do modeling as well, so I get cut for photoshoots and then I go normal again afterwards.

Nice Freddy!

I go to the YCMA. I just love it! They have a wide variety of classes to take as well as state of the art equipment. Many of the Treadmills and ellipticals (sp?) even have a build in flat tv screen on the with cable so you can watch whatever interest you as you work out!
