Can someone tell me what the best teeth whitening product is? I would like to buy something that is available in stores like target, walgreens, etc

You know tha Colgate and Crest whitening strips? They work. Everyone commented me on how white my teeth were. I haven't tried the one that you polish on your teeth but in general I think most of them work.

yeah the crest whitening strips definitely work. i was using them and then my sisters were like OMG how did you get your teeth so white!

I also vote for Crest. I used these about 2 months ago and my teeth still look pretty white.

Just make sure you buy the strip kind and not the stuff you have to brush on. You get what you pay for,, so dont try to save money by buying the cheap stuff.

I've used several....my problem is continuing to use them the recommended time (like if it say for 14 days....I never make it).

Yup that is the hardest part. But once you're done, your new whitened teeth last for several months.

I've improved the color of my teeth mine by using the following steps:
1. Coffee before brushing, and
2. Literally allowing the whitening toothpaste to remain in my mouth, like mouthwash, while I do my makeup (5min) and again at night.

I drink a lot of coffee and this seems to relieve the excess discoloration.

yeah coffee seems to stain the teeth if not taken care of.. i've been passing on buying crest whitening strips, don't know they work so well.. thanks ladies..

Use Hydrogen Peroxide as a mouth wash. I do this twice a day before brushing.

Don't waste your time with over-the-counter products and go to your dentist and have them whitened properly, safely, and quickly. It's less than $200 and they usually use 10% Carbamide Peroxide, which is really effective.

As well, you can do as others have mentioned and avoid staining agents such as coffee and wine.
