Depressants are a category of drugs that depress the central nervous system and reduce pain, relieving stress, anxiety, and fear

I dont think medication is the answer especially a depressant for I do not have "pain, stress, anxiety, and fear"
Actually I perfer not to take anytype of man made chemical. This is whats wrong with society today, everyone is on something!

well you said you needed to chill and dont know how and the tone of the sentence seemed like you were desperate to be easy going instead of loud and flamboyant so I suggested depressants and your definition wasnt necessary, we know what it means. But the question here is, why would you try to change yourself from who you are? Why would you try to change into an introvert or a laid back gal when it is great and interesting to have so much energy to do things in life??? You shouldnt.

I like this answer more so than druggin to change who I am.

Looks like someone woke on the wrong side of the bed this morning "your definition wasnt necessary, we know what it means" Actually I have heard of anti-depressants, not depresants so I did have to look it up,LOL!

The question I believe was "if you could change one thing about you what would it be" so I simply stated what that would be but not relying on drugs to do so.
For the life of me I did not expect someone to go along the long list and create a cure for all the changes we would like to make.

pretty sure he was referring to depressant as in "downer" since you said you had too much energy..

downer= depressant and upper = stimulant

Course, maybe it's the wild cat sitting in my window that makes her move so fast...
