perhaps this is what happened. Sammy Sosa played baseball from when he was a little kid and throughout all his life in the hot caribbean sun without sunblock and also he played in the states all over, so one day someone pointed him to a dermatologist and the derm prescribed REtin-A to undo the years of damage so Retin-A is on its way to lightening him up to his natural lighter color but in the process all his skin damage from improper shaving to tiny veins are showing now because he is getting lighter and the dark tan is not concealing all his under the skin imperfection. The derm might have also given him HQ.

Possible, but I don't think so,lol. I think he intentionally used a strong "bleach" treatment to make him much lighter, than his original skin tone. Also, I know people who were raised in hot weather conditions, came to the states and their tan gradually diminished.

His skin looked healthier darker.

to the vets on here, does lightening to this extent give you that look? I really don't like it at all, he looks very pasty and like a corspe to me.
