Unfortunately I don't have any suggestion about the sagness of your breast. But for stretch marks, try a body lotion or a body butter that has alot of Vitamin E. It takes time to see the results, but at the of the end its worth it. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately stretch marks are permanent. You can make them less visible but they're there to stay. As for the saggy skin, perhaps a surgical procedure is in order.

Oh come on surgical is drastic, try some of the really good body firming serums out there and find a stretchmark cream with registril and darotuside in it. My sister gave me belli stretchmark cream because her Obstetrician recommended it. I had puberty stretchmarks and it worked really well on them. Worked for her to after bub. Either way as I have said to other people, I am sure there are other beautiful parts to look at of your body so don't worry to much about them. We all have things we would like to change but at the end of the day it is usually only us that sees them!!!!

Id go for gold and get implants simply because I know it is impossible to restore the breasts to their former glory with creams or what ever. However I like to know have you dropped alot of weight or just had a baby, that is the down side of either, try to keep your weight healthy and stable with lots of exercise.

Stretch marks? I do think they can go away if depending on if they are new or old, superficial or deep. But if it's light, new and superficial, good quality Cocoa Butter and regular exfolation can work. I heard Retina A works too. Otherwise, talk to a derm. Well, for saggy breasts, you can't get that back unless you gain the weight back and it goes to your breasts. OR you can get a breast lift, w or w/o breast augmentation.

Stretch marks can be made less visible by using a good quality cocoa/shea butter product, if you check the ingredients and there's more than 20 ingredients then you're really not gaining the benefit from any of them. You can check google for raw cocoa butter or raw shea butter and melt them together and let them harden to form your own 'body butter', if you'd like a full recipe just let me know. As far as lifting and firming the skin above the breast, I do something called dry brushing regularly. It's where you take a natural bristle brush - usually made from hard plant fibers - and you gently brush your skin starting at your finger tips and up the arm, making sure to go toward the heart, then brush upwards on the breast 8-10 times and do the other arm. For nice skin all over you can do it on your feet, legs, and stomach as well. It's important to do the hands and arms first when using this method because it engages the lymphatic system along with firming the skin and exfoliating it at the same time. It only takes about 2 minutes to do in total. When I did this it took me about a week of doing it once a day before I noticed any difference and about a month after I started doing it was when I could see significant results. Good luck! :-)

Nobody is perfect. I think I would just invest in a good push up bra.

I'm not sure about the sagging, but I would suggest a skin firming cream. Also, try body brushing - apparently it tightens your skin up and it's also good for skin tone and elasticity. You can get a body brush really cheap (for £2.50/ $4 or even less.) As for the stretch marks. Supposedly they are permanent, some people can get them to almost vanish. Where as some can only get them to fade. I imagine it depends on age and genetics. I’ve started using Palmer’s shea butter on my (puberty-related) stretch marks. That is also really cheap and has lots of vitamin E in (smells lovely, too.) Although keep in mind it doesn’t work for everyone. You have to find what suits you best. A few other suggestions for the stretch marks: Bio-oil Olive Oil Retin-A Exfoliation Laser treatment (although this costs a lot and works better on stretch marks before they fade to white.) Good luck!

You don't mention what caused you to go from 32B to 32AA. Was it from aging, weight loss, what? I wouldn't recommend a bullet no matter what. There's a solution to everything now. It's the 21st century.

I think you should gain back some weight and try the Phytolastil vials and gel from Lierac. These are the best on the market for stretch marks and you can find wonderful reviews on the net as well. Also, you could try creams with centella asiatica (by the way, the centella is fantastic against wrinkles too). Good luck!

I agree with Scatteredstar, Bio Oil is the best for stretch marks. For what it is worth - my decollete improved drastically using Bio Oil. |

Hello, Stretch marks are a really depressing thing to have especially if they are making your skin sag.I have the same problem with my breasts and belly.I was actually thinking of getting collagen injections or finding a really good skin care that produces collagen and can get right down in those layers of skin which are torn.I have used alot of stretch mark creams to no avail..as yet I tried skin needling for a few months and I did start to notice a difference..but can be painful without an numbing cream used in conjuction with it.Also..you can use the needling on your face which is a bonus because that is when I really could notice the benefits. Good luck Sherell1.... Wantperfectskin

You may want to wait a year or two to address the sag issue I just read an article from a Dr. Tony YOung whom is describing the new"breast lift" . It looks very promising too... With ever lift, or implant eventually they do sag, however with this new method it looks like they never will sag. You just gotta be patient for a little while longer. For what it's worth, I had a similar problem and got breast implants about a year ago. Of course, the stretchmarks stayed, but they are filled up now, and I have not regretted it for a single minute. OK, that said, do your research. I would do it again in a heartbeat, but I will tell you that I have been sick more in the last year than I've ever been in one year of my life. (I'm 33.) Coincidence? Perhaps. I was willing to take the risk, but you may not be.
