You know how you look at yourself and it seem like you're barely progressing in changing shade...until one quick or passing glance and you see a difference... Then a week later it seem like its not working....
This is my own personal journey just to track my progress and to collect data on what's working for me ..
No idea what my goal is ..infact I don't have a set goal in mind.. I'm scared of drastic change but then again sometimes I'm like oh what the hell...
Sometime i will see a person and think.. "Thats a nice shade" or i may see a pic of someone and say "yea i like that'
Anyway I would say my starting shade NC50
I started in NOV 2016 to exfoliate
After ending my exfoliation period about the middle of JAN 2017
I have started using lightening products in Jan 2017... Natural lightners
Precious lotion
Precious ultra brightening gel
Sure white serum
**all mixed together**
Idk if it was after using my product for a while or it was a combination of the sauna suit plus the products but I've noticed more results when the suit has been used.
What I do is to use it at nights while I sleep (personally because I don't feel like wearing it while I'm awake that's a wee bit torturous :/ )
In the morning when I awake . .very gross... I take a shower And moisturize and that's that.
I do this for about 3-4 days straight . it has worked wonders for me so far.
Adding carotein serum to my mix has made me peel.. I'll post pics soon
My neck is still my most stubborn area...maybe I am not using the right thing on it .. Or maybe I just need to give it more time.... Either way I must say its rather quite irritating.
Nonetheless I will continue to deal with it... I mean its been around 3 months and I'm just starting to see some light spots in patches on the front of my neck.
if anyone has any suggestions I welcome them
In the meantime I will refrain from thinking about using something strong (meaning harmful) on my neck... Let's see if carotein will help.
2 things I would like to get my hands on soon would be either a glycolic lotion/acid and Retin-A... I think those would help me to have an over all solid nc45 shade or possibly lighter.. Everywhere...
Sometimes I look at myself and be like why bother my skin still looks the same but I will continue since I have not included the important stuff yet like retin-a and glycolic.. So I'm sure that will give me a push that i need... Especially on my lower body @moonmaiden

You will get there hun. I understand the struggle hugs don't give up. Trust me the mirror lies pictures don't. Because you look at yourself everyday you are unable to see the changes but when you take pics you will be shocked how much progress you are making.
Like any kind of journey ...weight loss, hair, image do over...like skinlghtening ...there comes ups and downs
To be honest I really didnt expect it but life is fully of surprises and they always say while the destination is exciting but what you learn along the way sticks for life lol
Feeling pretty bummed today to be honest.. ( as usual feeling like im not making progress) Idk if its just me over thinking or its part of the game... ( ignore me im like this when i have a goal in mind..it has its ups and down)
Or maybe its because I don't have the main stuff that I want just yet that I would think would up my skin game.. So I decided to do an arm update to give myself a boost.
Thanks!
But No not at all.. @beautymark. But sometimes I still feel like I look like the top / first pic same way..but perception Can be deceiving so pics show progress
But instead of having thgts swirling in my head I write them here to just get it out and have visuals.
The ups the downs and thoughts all here. So it maybe a bit repetitive and when I try new stuff how I feel etc.
Thanks!

@Emmie. you going to think that way bc you look at yourself everyday lol. i do that too. we all do. It's annoying bc you want to know what's changing. When you begin to lighten usually your hands are one of the parts that are slower . look at the contrast from your hands to your arm, you're getting lighter!
So I have mixed carotein along with my labinjanaise cream and so far its okay... I have seen micropeeling all over...
Let's just say I'm so ashy looking its quite comparable to the aftermath of a volcanic eruption -_-
The areas that are peeling seem darker than the other areas that aren't.. Eventually after the skin has shed or exfoliated off it becomes lighter to match the rest.
This also happening in my tummy and legs. I can't wait to introduce glycol and retin-a! Hopefully that will help to even me out as well as lighten
Nonetheless I will continue to use this until the end of April..to see if I see any change at all... If not then I may consider going with sure white
But also I know that retin-a and glycol added to my regimen might just be the difference I am looking for in my skin routine
So as I add those and use it for 2 weeks then I will make my decision as to what I should change up
So took a shower and majority of the micro peeling skin has come off and my arms are wicked light now.. So light that my hands really stand out... Why are hands and feet so hard???
But to be fair I have not been working on my feet and hands as much as the other parts of my body.. So its kind of my fault but at the same times hands and feet are tricky..
So I basically using my lightner 5 days a week back to back then do about 2 days of skin building (even tho my paranoid behind feel like I will revert if I skip days to skin build . but I'm really not lol never reverted . it's just my silly mind)
While I skin build I will be doing my hands and feet occlusion style
I'll do it as long as I can until I get lazy or annoyed...then give myself a break for a couple a days.. Maybe occlude my hands and feet 3 days a week
I won't be getting my my glycol and retin-a until possible 2 weeks time..
Anyone knows how long All day chemist takes to deliver with in the states?
Usually ten business days it's been a while since I ordered anything from them though. When you soak you can use Dead Sea salt or epsom salt when ever your skin is peeling. Occluding is the ish I like to do it four days a week, four hours is he max I can go though.
Awesome.. Yes imma try that method for my back... End if the week I will be stocking up in specifics for my back and hands and feet... Until the retin-a gets here
Thinking of ordering one day peeling oil. Is that too strong for neck hands and feet? And butt??

I know it takes time and then bam one day you'll see that the parts that didn't look lighten are now light.... But dang... Hands and feet are a righteousness pain ain't it?
Just had to vent a Lil...I just wanna be even all around hope it doesn't take 30 years
Anyway can't wait to do this peel... Fresh canvas. I see peels as a jump start.. I'm gonna read up on it
Never seen the day I would be excited over an acne cream... Grant you I've never had acne(knock on wood) but holy smokes!! I can't wait got that retin-a lol
Well I suppose its not that exciting but to me its like bloody water into wine!
So I notice that my neck has finally.. FINALLY showing some signs of lightening!!
Bloody hell its been months! But I mean Im not using anything strong so I suppose to in reality it would take a good time...
But I noticed this morning from the base of my neck its lightening from there upwards... Its not quite even but still parts of my neck have dropped at least one shade... Still dark but hey its a step in the right direction
When I get to a certain stage in my neck lightening ( for some reason that is hilarious  never mind me I'm corny) yes when I reach a significant way I will post before and after pics
EDIT
So originally I had said when I reached a significant way I would post pics... So I decided to look for some pics and the difference as usual is like major... Didn't look major to me but pics don't lie... And can I just say DANGGGGG my neck was dark before NW-MIDNIGHT much!!!!! (I coin that shade lol)
Nw-midnight one of the original pics before anything so horrible and embarrassing :shakehead:
During the exfoliation process in Feb
After this I didn't take Anymore pics because I was depressed over my darn neck and it didn't look like it was going anywhere
Then my AH-HAH!! moment came this morning so to speak lol. Its not much to anyone I suppose but to me its a long cold drink of water at the end of a desert walk
This morning April 12 2017
I been using a combination of things so I'm not sure what has given me those lighter patches or I suppose it could be because that part is folded most time so it occluded somewhat on its own lol but either I'll take it!
