Confused on my shade and have discoloration

hi i am naturally fair skinned but i dont know what shade i am. I have been lightening on and off since 2014 but very inconsistent for the most part of 2016 and late 2015 i have not done much to lighten my skin.
i was wondering if a few could guess my skin shade in the mac shades
    my guesses are
    cheeks nc30
    neck nc35
    eyelids nc50

also my current regimen is kojic acid, carowhite, exfoliation

these are my pics no makeup face washed with ka and in natural afternoon light

Add it as an attachment. Click the attachment icon, a pop up should come up and tell you to upload. Upload it and drag it down to where it says "drag here to post" or something like that.

Btw how much do you think you lightened in the two years? Can you show me a before and after?

I think your natural shade is what's between your nose cheek and chin area... All the other areas just need to be exfoliated and lightening to go that shade and even up

I'm not good with shades but @moon maiden and @gymrat might be able to help
