I've read that there is something called as ''Delayed Tanning''. I was wondering if there is a way to stop or reduce this? I always use a high SPF when going out and try to seek shade as often as possible but I've noticed that my skin goes a little darker the next day after heavy sun exposure.
Also any tips on how to fade a tan on forearms? It just won't leave.
Exfoliate and use a good lactic acid lotion. That will help get ride of your tan. Does your sunscreen have zinc in it and do you reapply it when you are out of the house? Also using aloe Vera gel and emu oil after sun exposure get ride of tans even ACV helps a lot.
