Re: Skin Lightening Pills

L GLUTATHIONE, is proven to work, your skin might be orangey to beginwith if you're a caramel tone trying to lighten to honey but eventually you're skin will get to a peachy rosy tone.
if you don't want to keep going round in circles in the lightening game try
world of entertainment pills they're excellnt in lightening
and try their cream as well, or if you're a bit skint cos the prices are a lil high
try this cream on ebay, it's very nice, no hydroquinone and is very cheap only 30 dollars, these are what i used to get lighter.

Re: Skin Lightening Pills

Hi, thanxs for your reply. I have actually brought a cream from ebay once the pay pal has been settled i should hopefully get it. Pills seem risky. Ive never tried skin lightening products b4 this. Its for certain areas like armpits and under eyes.

Glutathione supplement

Wow, this topic has been discussed for years and still going, yes they do work. Actually Glutathione is the Ultimate anti-oxidant, anti-aging and Immune Booster which carries a side effect of skin lightening when taken in a proper dosage. All ingredients are water soluble and liver and kidney friendly so no worries on overdosing as it will just exit our system through urine and bile.
BUT you have to be smart and wise enough to purchase your Glutathione from trusted sellers (not from the Philipines; bad experience, lots of fake!). If there is a fake version of it, please do not buy, only USA made and the trustworthy ones, but if the order is coming from places beside USA, beware because you are not protected in any way.
I only found 3 brands that are actually Made and Manufactured in the USA, ), Puritan Sale (250mg Glutathione) and Prism medical, Gluta-C (500mg, 100mg Vit C, 100mg ALA) there are also Glutathione in GNC but it's only 200mg Glutathione, not enough for skin lightening but a good anti-oxidant supplement AND they are not blended with other anti-oxidant and amino acid..

They are safe. You are taking vitamins I assume, well its the same as taking Vitamins because Glutathione is a Dietary Supplement. It will all depend on where you're buying it from, Goodluck!

Re: Skin Lightening Pills

Jazzera is right. Gluta C is one of the best. It is FDA registered. It also contains Lipoic Acid and Vitamin C. 500 mgs, 60 capsules.

This skin lightening cream sounds pretty dangerous. What is the science behind it?

Just curious to know what your skin tone was originally.
I have also purcahsed this cream but do not use it every day, as it was mentioned on another forum that one of the users saw her skin becoming red from this cream. It may have been down to the retin A in the product, so as I have fairly sensitive skin I have chosen to use it less frequently. Haven't been using it for long enough to say if it's working for me, yet.

Re: Skin Lightening Pills

First, my skintone is not at all sensitive, so im using it everyday for the first month as advised, then i stopped for 2 weeks, then after that, Im only using it 3 times a week now. If you're sensitive, use it only every other day.
Im very happy with what's happening right now, my skin is now free of blemishes and fairly lighter than my usual color which is dark brown. Make sure you use Sunblcok during the day, to preserve the skin lightening regimen though, otherwise you'll just be doing that in vain.

Skin Lightening Pills Absorption rate

Glutathione works in principal, however, the absorption rate in your intestines in low. This means thatat most of the glutathione is flushed out of your system instead of being absorbed into the body. I understand that there are new variants of glutathione that will increase absorption. Your may want to research these on the internet. Another solution is to take N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and glutamine with high absorption glutahione. Both NAC and Glutamine are precursors of Glutahione (which means that they turn into glutathione in the body) They are also easier to absorb through the intestine. Before you start a regiment of using NAC, glutamine and high absorption glutahione please research the safe and effective doses of each on the internet. There is a wealth of information about each. Also, buy only from reputable sources.
