Has anyone used Jiaoli? Its a cream from asia that supposadly works really well for melasma. I'm wondering if anyone used it for lightening the skin overall. Some people say it has mercury but I dont think it has been tested.

It's really popular on melasma forums. People have said it almost eliminates melasma. I think someone actually did have the cream tested and it came up positive for mercury. I'm scared of mercury poisoning so I don't know if I should even think about using the cream. The only reason I'm even thinking about it is because it has gotten so many rave reviews and nobody is claiming any negative side effects.

I know a lot of people who used Jiaoli including my sister who live in San Francisco, she have melasma. I was surprised when I saw her last month there was no trace of dark spots in her face. She said she used jiaoli night cream and whitening soap.

Here's a link to the Jiaoli product line. Personally, I wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole. they make a bunch of claims BUT nowhere on the site do they list what is actually in the products! They may 'work' but many toxic agents can lighten skin...at a cost to your health.

That's sad they don't list their ingredients, must have something to hide. Those seem to be the most dangerous products when they don't list what it's made of.

hi mga sis...just want to ask if its ok for my boyfriend to use this jiaoli cream??because recently he has a lot of pimples...and i'd like him to use this one..is it ok for boys to use this cream for women???
