I just purchased and received some Anthelios. I only got the spray and the L version of the cream. I will have to try the one you suggest in the future.

I am using la roshay-posay anthelios 60/melt-in sunscreen. It leaves a whitish cast on me though I have very very white skin/ do I use too much of it?

| That is very possible Apples. Try using less and see if you have the same result. If you are really pale, I am suprised you would still notice a white cast. Try less maybe.

The problem I found with Anthelios Melt-In is that it doesn't have anything like Mexoryl or Tinosorb to stabilize the chemical screening agents. It does have that Cell-OX ingredient tho, apparently an anti-oxidant to mop up free radicals. Still, it could be good for ppl who don't want Mexoryl or Tinosorb!

thank you for your answers!
I will try to use less. I do use a lot since I am so scared of sun when going out! as I am living in Miami and it is always so sunny and bright! I thought as well that it leaves white cast because I sometimes use oils on my face..maybe they don't let the SS penetrate into my skin...?
PS anthelios always gets into my eyes. I can't understand how?I don't touch my eyes, and don't put it very close to eyes, but it gets there unexpectently and irritates my eyes soooo strong! I am crying all the time because of it.... ( Guess I do smth incorrectly..

Well I have been using Garnier Ambre Solaire SPF 50, and we haven't been getting along too well. I don't like it, and it doesn't like me.
I know I need to use good sunscreen but dang can't we all just get along????

You know I feel the same way sometimes gymmie!! I read that shea butter has natural UV blocking properties. And African women use it lavishly so it must help somewhat! Ferulic acid/rice bran oil has some UV resistance too.
Maybe we could come up with something more gentle yet still effective.....Can you think of any other oils/butters that have UV resistance??

Where's Eden when we need her^^. I don't know of any oils/butters that have UV resistance. I have to depend on suncreen that doesn't like me to get my protection-
