On another note I contacted Tonique for a quote on their custom formulation. She quoted me $1500 for a three month supply which is absurd but better than what F&F said (if it is true). Just wanted to let everyone now.

I have contacted Tonique too and they said that can send me custom formulation for 6 month at 9'000$. These companies abuse our distress.

The trick is to not be either desperate or in distress. There are alternatives out there that cost a fraction of the price & actually give steady reliable results. THere's nothing in thmost high cost products that justify their insane prices. People still want to believe that words like 'custom' used by 'celebs' & 'exclusive' actually mean something. They mean you're getting fleeced. Don't let it happen to you!

I'm agree with you. I'm on FF regimen now. I use it for a week and I am rather satisfied.

I don't like that sort of thing either. What really gets me is the coersive, sexist & racist marketing tactics in the F&L ads in India & Malaysia. Unilever is the same British giant selling 'Dove real-beauty' in the west. Shame on them for sleazy marketing. The cream, cheap by western standards, is expensive for the poorer people of India who will believe these foolish ads & buy them. Affluent people do NOT buy that gunk: they use 'real' lighteners.

Don't throw away your money; how can they make a custom formulation without looking at your skin in person? Think about it if you go to a derm with acne or whatever they look at your skin and order a custom blended cream to treat your skin. F&F custom blend is a way of getting more money from people who are a bit desparate IMO you are probably getting the same product from their range with a sprinkle of more gel and less actives.

absolutely, when I was watching the dove real beauty ads, I was like WTF?
