I have had several custom formulations done. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't . I have never actually submitted any photo as I have been a customer of theirs for years and just told them I wanted to see a significant difference.

In all honesty, when F & F was first about, their products were much better, including their open stock. Since then I find it not to be as good, although I still use their products.

I just wish that it was more efffective in view of the price. I would happily pay through my nose for something that was guaranteed to work and had lasting results !!!!

I am actually embarrassed to say that it was about $250, which is terrible when it didn't work. But when it did work, my skin looked flawless and really light. The thing is every time I re-ordered, it was obvious it was a different formulation. I received pink stuff, blue stuff and yellow stuff. Yet each time, I had asked for the same formulation that had given me results. Soooooo fustrating !!!

I have to add that the price did not include shipping, so that needs to be added and also if not in the US, you have to factor in possible taxes.

Irritation is slowly going, I am pleased to say. Just very cautious about using it again quite yet. Was actually wondering whether I may have applied a bit too much. I mean I definitely don't slather myself in it but maybe I need to use it very sparingly. Noticed someone mention that you really only need a small amount, so this may be the way forward and possibly only using it on a few days each week.

Well I am not sure if they charge you depending on what is you are trying to achieve. It may be cheaper for you. I guess you could get a quote from them and then decide. But you have to take into account that if some of their products are costing around $145, then if they are going to make something specially for you, then it is going to be more than the openstock prices, I am afraid to say.

I Spoke with Allison at F&F about custom formulation she told me that it costs $10,000 because this formula will only be mine and will never be copied for someone else. YUP that is what she quoted me. She also claimed that I could sell it as my own cosmetic line. She told me that I shouldn't bother throwing my money way if all I want is only 2 sheds lighter. She recommended a product called Ques something which would cost $200. I gave her my email and aksed that she send all this info. via email never heard from her again. IMO their customer service is bad. I say don't bother with custom formulation go with their open stock

10,000 dollars for a product that probably takes 50 dollars to make, thats way more than 200% profit; they are going to hell either way if they think they can fool people with these unimaginable prices. Not to mention, not even desperate people would be dumb enough to buy that (I hope); its also common sense. I have heard terrible things about Allison from probably dozens of people around the internet, dont worry, she'll get whats coming to her, karma has a pay of teaching disrespectful people a lesson.
