Nadinola extra strength & Carotein fairness cream combo - Skin Lightening

Has anybody tryed these 2 products together? I know Goddessofearth went from Gabreile Union to Alica Keys using those 2 products has anybody else... it seems like the Hq 4% from ADC I been using has kinda stoped working

You can try it, the carotein cream is 8 ounces for 8 bucks, that lasts a long time, and nadinola is 4 bucks.

I'm thinking of trying Nadinola because I've also heard that it is very effective. Would you apply it twice a day or just at night. Also, would you apply the Carotein creme directly after or mix it with the Nadinola. LnL, I really respect your opinion, so what would you recommend? Thanks alot!

Depending on how many shades you want to lighten or if you want to even out your skin. If you want to lighten several shades then twice a day would be great but if you just want to even it out then once a day is sufficient. The carotein exfoliating fairness cream you can use together with HQ or by itself. Its really your choice. For major exfoliation, you can use the carotene cream twice a day.

Thanks so very much for that speedy response. If I use the carotein cream, do I still need to use RA or would the carotein be sufficient since it is exfoliating?

stick with one, either use Retin-A or Carotein. Carotein is for people who cant get access to Retin-A or dont like it.

A member here named GoddessOfEarth introduced members to this routine. she hasn't been back for a while, though. She'd posted many photos of her before & after results using this duo & she really did get very beautiful 'believable looking' results: no blotchiness or fake pallid areas look. She worked as a model & has a killer figure & a lovely face. When she was dark, she was a little fairer than Lauryn Hill & she was stunning. When she lightened, she looked astonishingly like Tyra Banks but a little fairer. She's one of the lucky people who can pull off any skin tone/hair/eyes combo but her results with the Extra Strength Nadinola & the Cerotene cream were exceptional.

can you post some pics of the skin tone goddessofearth got because I'm still kinda confused of the results she got with those 2 products

As for her photos, she only left them up for a short while. She began at a colour a little darker than Oprah yer a little lighter than Lauryn Hill. She lightened to fairer than Tyra but darker than Mariah Carey. I hope that's clearer. It's hard describing skin tones exactly. She had a reddish undertone to her skin when dark but a rosy tone when light. She looked 100% natural: you'd never know she'd lightened if you saw her light 'final results' photos.

what am i missing here....if 4% doesnt get you as light as you want why would Nadinola extra strength work if that has 3% hq??

exactly i use 4% with ra and i isnt working, yet after using for ages,and ive used 3% nadinola that diidnot work after a few months use,it was greasy too very greasy

Carotein comes in some good sized bottles though it would last a good while..

I just want to know if using RA on my face/neck-and carotein on my body is a good or bad idea

Sorry but no; I don't recall how long it took her. Perhaps you can dig up one of her old threads & find out more.

The HQ4% IS giving me very good results. I'm trying the Nadinola not out of dissatisfaction with the HQ4% but because the Nadinola with 3% also contains 2-Ethyl Hexyl Salicylate 3% & citric acid. I wonder if these other 2 actives work synergistically with the HQ. This is what I'm curious about. I should've been clearer.
