i think you are doing all the right things. i think the outbreak might just be from the stress of your body from overcoming chicken pox that is very hard for an adult. the moving to the uk is also stress producing. make sure when you work out you cleanse your body to remove all the persperation. i would suggest to see a doctor to see if you can get medical advice from them. there are antibiotics you can take for a while to help and topical rx meds that might be better than anything over the counter. if you are into alternative medical medicine accupunture is a good way to go. remember to have patience. it takes time.

If you've had an infection (chicken pox) this suggests that your immune system is struggling. Because you are a young man you will be needing a lot of zinc (it's used for growth, and sexual development) - and this is also needed for the skin. If you have white spots on your fingernails then you are certain to have low zinc status. If so, do the following:

1. For the first week: take 60mg/day - take 30mg thing at night on an empty stomach (other nutrients interfere with its absorption), and the other dose with breakfast.

2. For the next 3 months take 45mg/day. Again take 30mg last thing at night on an empty stomach (other nutrients interfere with its absorption), and the other dose with breakfast.

3. If your skin has improved - then each month reduce the daily dose by 15mg/day, until you are taking 15mg/day.

Always take a multivitamin. But do not take it at the same time as the zinc - because other nutrients interfere with its absorption.
