are you talking about a large pore that a blackhead was removed? i have one on my back and i would like to get rid of mine also. blackhead is gone. hole remains.

I think the best to do is to consult a dermatologist to the recommend the best medicine for curing the hole ...

The holes are permanent.
Many brands sell treatments for acne scars, but i've never tried any of them out.
Here's a treatment from Murad which is really popular:

Turned up a bad link. Murad is an excellent cosmetic line. I've never had occasion to use their acne treatment line though. What exactly was the product that would plug up an acne pit?

When you have acne in your face, it is better to not touch it. Touching it and squeezing the pus out can lead to infection. All you need is to have a good facial hygiene every night, use a facial cleanser that is suited to your skin type and if you can afford it, consult a dermatologist. Sometimes, you also need to watch over your diet because it can also affect the appearance of acne.
