If you can go in and see a derm, he can take fixe it by sucking it out with a syringe. Ra may or may not help.

hmmm, i don't think its big enough to go to a derm. it's gonna form a whitehead for sure, they always do, the problem is even if i don't touch them at all, they always leave marks that last forever

then you may want to invest in Kojic Acid or another fading agent to start treating the mark as soon as it appears. I used to get them too so I know how it feels. :-(

I've never heard of that, don't think it'll work either. if you want to solve the issue you need to to findout where it stems from, is it hormonal? time of the year? What you are injesting ? there are many causes to cystic acnee- even good old DNA, that is what mine was that and hormonal.

By the sounds of it it could be that particular script. Have your Doctor look into it to maybe have it changed up.

The best, and I mean the BEST thing you can do for a cystic pimple is to apply Polysporin on it day and night - it will prevent bacteria growth, prevent marks, and make it so soft that the cyst will either come to the surface and erupt on its own and drain or it will go down completely and disappear.

But ideally, Mony is right, if I have a cyst and need it gone and dont want to wait around, I go straight to the derm and she injects it with cortisone and it goes away overnight literally.

it left a mark anyway, i never popped or pressured it too much. I wonder why even when i don't touch them they still leave marks. there seems to be absolutely nothing i can do, even when i do everything right i'm left with scars

I am afraid, Nightjade, that your skin is just like that. Some people just seem to heal a lot quicker than others. Like you, if I get a spot the hyperpigmentation mark will hang around long after the actual spot has gone. I am not a quick healer - no matter what product I apply.

sucks doesn't it? i get a bad breakout once a month with maybe 1-2 cystic pimples and a few smaller ones, but the fact that they don't heal that fast and leave marks prevents me from looking clear the rest of the month. i have some spots that are like a year old, and some new ones seem to be settled deep under the skin, so it'll probably take a long time for those to go away as well.
