very painful underground pimple

i have a very painful underground pimple on my chin..
what are some good ways to get rid of it?? it hurts!

i know what that feels like! ouch. What do you usually use for them?

I just keep putting Neutrogena 3 in 1 on it til it goes away. That stuff has 2% salicylic acid in a base that doesnt dry out the surrounding skin.

Or I put a drop of Jessner's Peel on it and it dries up in a couple days w/o becoming a Zitosaurus.
