She definitely lightened. Her mom is sorta light but her dad is dark so she would not be that pale color. Im not into the pale (Nicole Kidman look) but it suits her

Her skin is so beautiful.. She is Ghanaian and half Lebanese. Nadia Burai is a Ghanaian actress that normally acts in Nigerian movies also. She currently resides in Ghana.

Her mother is Ghanaian and her father is from Lebanon.

Maybe her Mom had a boyfriend she failed to mention. Her features do not look like anyone in the family. She looks totally unrelated to her sister. Maybe she was adopted. I fail to see how family photos tell us much unless we have more information. 

 

 

I've read somewhere that her mom had her with a lebanese man before marrying her ghanean husband who is the father of her other daughter.

wow... i really thought she was mixed too. yeah maybe her mom cheated on her dad. or maybe she just came out very light. but she definately lightens. they have some of the best products in Ghana though. when i was growing up i noticed that when a ghanian product said it did something, it truly did. like hair growth or skin lightening. i used to use this soap from Ghana and it brightened me so well.

She's mixed, her biological dad is lebanese that's where she got her nose from. Maybe she tones, i was always wondering how can this girl never tans when she's living in hot Africa, she's running from the sun like it's her ennemy or something.

They don't even look the same. Beyoncé is compared to all the pretty light skinned or mixed girls in the world, it's ridiculous. Since nadia played that beyoncé role her style has been compared to Beyoncé's.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yeh! most light skinned gals are compared to Beyonce though Nadia was called that around my area way before she got that role(maybe that's what started the the whole Beyonce Vs Rihanna movie eh? )  Though in My opinion neither is prettier than the other, they are both beautiful in their own right.

 

 

i see...it makes sense cos her before color is light too, like she is mixed with something but not white. and being mix helps with toning/lightening/bleach cos your skin makes less melanin to begin with. it must be easier for her to maintain her color than it is for tonto dikeh/rita dominic/barbara Ukatah.

I read on a blog her sister stating they didn't have the same father (Alhaji Buari) . About the nose, mine is straight too and i'm not mixed so it's possible.In fact the most succesful actresses in Ghollywood  are brown-skinned and Light-skinned in Nollywood but i guess it helps to be lighter if you can act it's even better.

Rita Dominic could pass for mixed . If Rita can do it, Nadia can def do it. But I think she is mixed (Ghanaian/Lebanese) though she lightens to be this pale. I remember she said back in the "beyonce, president's daughter" days, that her dad was Lebanese. I think her black Ghanaian "dad" now must have adopted her as a baby when he married her mom. Gave her his last name -Buari, and raised her.

it was not uncommon back in the 80s and 90s for black , maybe poor African girls to hook up with rich Lebanese business men in Africa. I know an Ivorian 52 yr old woman today who bragged to me about her beauty in her twenties saying " back then we were the hot girls, all the Lebanese (white) men wanted us, I had about 3 sugar daddies (which she referred to as "attrapas") and they bought me anything I wanted"

i remember telling her that Lebanese ppl are not white, and she laughed and said "they were white to us".

so maybe Nadia's mom found her an "attrapa" got knocked up and had her baby and got ditched by Mr. Lebanese. She then meets Mr Buari who marries her and adopts her baby.
