Hi, First,Forgive me  i am not good at English! this morning, when i get up, I find Acne between Nose and mouth and i can feel pain when i touch Acne, what should i do?

Hi

Acne comes from inside because of inadequate or a deficiency of  proper nutrition(food).

Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Drink lots of water will surely correct your problem.

 

Fish and chicken or a good source of protein (soy and whey)

A pimple starts when the pores in the skin become clogged with a type of oil called sebum, which normally lubricates the skin and hair. Wash your face twice a day with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne. Gently massage your face with circular motions.
