I Heart Huckabees (2004) - IMDb

Snore. I expected better from the all-star cast. How can you lose with Dustin Hoffman and Lily Tomlin? Iono, but it seemed so contrived and forced and I didnt really *laugh* ... sort of a ... wtf?

Snakes on a Plane. Saw it for the 2nd time last night.

X-Men: First Class

Bit too gruesome for my tastes, wasn't all that good either. Average material.

Be Cool!

It's the best so bad it's good movie I have seen to date.

But seriously? How many times is John Travolta going to dance w/ Uma Thurman?

American Experience | A Brilliant Madness

PBS documentary about John Nash, the Princeton mathematician who went mad and then willed himself to return to sanity. A Beautiful Mind was the commercial film this was based upon. Fascinating.

Water For Elephants...liked the movie a lot, but didn't "feel" the love between the 2 lovers.

We watched Mystic River recently. It was good but incredibly tragic.

More recently we watched Sucker Punch. It was visually amazing and the soundtrack ...

And just the other day I saw Mean Girls for the first time, to lighten up our usual choice of thriller/horror. Talent Show
